AMI Beach Lagoon #4 (Pelican Suite)

Description

This unique resort-style property consists of three custom-designed rental suites located in two ground-floor houses on a spacious 12,500 sq ft lot. The Gulf beach is just a short walk across North Shore Drive, and Vista Lake lies directly behind the property. The buildings are arranged around a large heated saltwater pool and spa in the distinctive shape of a Mickey Mouse. The Pelican Suite is the private 3-bedroom, 2-bath suite within this resort and may be rented individually or together with the other suites.
