Right across from the beach with amazing amenities. Out of all the homes this one is by far my personal favorite. This yard is the best yard of any of the homes in the area. Only two blocks to the beach, it has a huge pool, jacuzzi, grass area, outdoor patio, and everything you need. It is an amazing luxury paradise.Also in preparation for the March 2023 season we are putting in the following updates to the backyard:-a brand new outdoor gazebo with outdoor kitchen and barbeque and bar area to seat 12 people in the backyard.-artificial turf area with a new outdoor pool table in the backyard.-a new gas firepitan indoor movie theater with 110 inch screen in the living room area. It will come down from the ceiling through a retractable screen.Please remember all of these updates will be active by February of 2023. The house is already an amazing house but will be even better once all of these features are installed.Enjoy playing ping pong or foosball outside, hopping in the hot tub, or swimming in the huge heated swimming pool. Most pools in the area are less than half the size of this one! They are like Vegas sitting pools. This is a full size swimming pool for all the family or families to enjoy.The house is a perfect blend of luxury and beachey feel. It has six bedrooms and four baths and an awesome kitchen and living room area. Three separate screen doors lead out to the backyard.There are five separate queen and king bedrooms and one bunk bed room with four full beds. It sleeps 18 comfortably.You should see the review book for this house! Everyone, and I mean everyone, who comes here always raves about the yard and loves the tranquility and size and beauty of the backyard.
