Being right on the beach is super expensive and being too far away is cumbersome because you have to rent a golf cart or walk many blocks hauling gear. This house is the best of both worlds. A straight shot 1/2 block walk to a private access beach.without paying the price of beachfront property. All the guests always appreciate the location, and the purpose of going to Florida is being close to the beach! Also this house is huge!
