The living room offers plush sectional seating, a 65” Smart TV, and access to the private office—ideal for remote work or a quiet moment away. Every inch of this home is crafted for connection, comfort, and fun. Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings including sectional seating and accent chairs, a 65” Smart TV. Located off the living room, you will find the private office space. Kitchen: The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass-top electric range, and a spacious island bar with seating for four. Dining Room: This area offers a table and seating for four. Formal Dining Room: The formal dining room has a large table with seating for up to 10 guests. Pool / Game Room: This space offers a pool table, a 55” Smart TV, and a high-top game table, making this space fun for all ages. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom (upper level) — King-size bed, 65” Smart TV, and the ensuite bathroom offers two vanity areas, a large walk-in tile shower, and a separate soaking tub.
