THINGS TO KNOW Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance. Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key. The City of Phoenix limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children.
