Just down the hall is a convenient 1/2 bath right off the living area. The living area is cozy yet open to the kitchen/dining area all with the same unforgettable lake views. The large open wood burning fireplace (with gas starter!) will quickly warm the entire space and provide a wonderful cozy ambiance for the whole family to enjoy. The large deck is THE place to hang out to watch with boats go by, and sit and enjoy a glass of wine while the lake reflects the stunning sunsets. Keep your eyes open for the Bald Eagles who love to fish just below this home! This home was recently outfitted with new patio furniture, gas grill, and propane firepit. Whether you are warming up take out from a local Tahoe City restaurant or preparing a gourmet family meal you will enjoy modern appliances, brand new dishes, utensils and cookware in the kitchen. As you make your way upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms equipped with brand new queen beds, en suite bathrooms, and the same absolutely incredible views as the rest of this Hurricane Bay gem. It's just a short walk down the hill to Hurricane Bay beach to enjoy with the whole family and the beach is pet friendly! Amazing hikes are very close by in Blackwood Canyon or up to Stanford Rocks or Eagle Rock. Private Buoy Included--Mooring Line & Dinghy are not included. Public Pier is Available at the Kaspian Day Use Area. Pet friendly for 1 dog upon approval with a $100 + tax pet fee charged upon booking. PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
