It’s the perfect space to: relax with a cup of coffee and a good book on the couch; chill on the swing, or enjoy a dinner with friends or family at the dining table. Back inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your favorite meals, and a comfy living room with a couch, a cute dining table and a Smart TV that has all the streaming apps. If you need to focus and work, there is a spacious desk that is both practical and comfortable. The apartment also has a full second bathroom and A/C to adjust the temperature to your liking. So don’t worry about the heat, you'll always feel fresh. For those who can’t miss leg day, the building has a gym equipped with all the basics. And if you’re traveling for work or need to clutch in some hours in your vacation, there are 2 ideal work-spaces: a business center with individual desks, and a private meeting room for your team calls or reunions. (The business center and the private meeting room are in separate areas of the building). There is also a cool shared rooftop with a lounge space, many chill spots and a grill so you can enjoy a delicious BBQ. We offer a shared laundry center and in case you’re traveling with small children, we can provide a travel crib (please request it prior to your arrival, as they are subject to availability). For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to register (they may be requested before arrival to speed up the process). * Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment.
