Step into a refined ground-floor studio at The Autograph, designed for solo travellers, couples, and business guests looking for comfort with a more elevated feel. The space brings together soft modern finishes, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a well-planned open layout, and everything needed for a relaxed Dubai stay, whether you are visiting for work, leisure, or a longer escape. - Living Area: Set between the sleeping area and the kitchen, the living space features a comfortable sofa with a TV positioned opposite, creating a cosy spot to unwind after a day in the city. It’s ideal for watching a film, relaxing in the evening, or enjoying a quiet moment indoors. - Sleeping Area: The king-size bed is arranged within its own calm zone of the studio, giving the space a more defined and comfortable feel. Soft finishes and a polished layout create a restful setting for easy mornings and peaceful nights. - Dining Area: A neat dining spot provides the perfect place for morning coffee, casual meals, or catching up on emails before heading out to explore Dubai. - Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy everyday use, with sleek cabinetry, essential appliances, cookware, and dining essentials, making it suitable for both short stays and longer visits. - Bathroom: The bathroom has a clean, contemporary finish with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and a hotel-style feel for a refreshing start or end to your day. Professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay, the studio offers a fresh, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

- After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
