A bright bedroom which offers a luxurious queen bed with hotel-quality linens for a peaceful night’s sleep, plus a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. A contemporary bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries, and soft towels, providing a spa-like experience to start or end your day in comfort. With high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and plenty of storage space, this apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Rest assured, the apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival for a fresh and comfortable stay.

-After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. -We provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! -If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. -Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please don’t loose access card. Fee 400 AED. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED. -Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, we cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
