Our first-floor venue features plenty of seating, room, and amenities that will help make your event one to remember. We provide all glassware, plateware, tablescapes, tables, and chairs—all you have to do is bring the party. **Please note that check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 PM on the SAME DAY.** Example: Check-in Monday at 3 PM. Enjoy walking distance access to an array of dining and entertainment options. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere, explore local attractions, and dine in at some of the hottest restaurants and bars in the city. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO). ***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
