A true urban retreat, it has been thoughtfully designed to optimize every space and ensure a pleasant stay, whether you are traveling alone or as a couple. 📍 Nestled on Rue de la Voûte, in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, the apartment enjoys an ideal location — just steps away from the Bois de Vincennes and within easy reach of public transport, shops, and traditional Parisian cafés. You’ll appreciate the lively and welcoming neighborhood while enjoying a calm and relaxing environment. It includes: ✔️ A living room with a sofa bed, TV, and dining table. ✔️ A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker... Everything you need to make your stay easier. ✔️ The bedroom offers a cozy space with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a dresser. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival. ✔️ The bathroom is equipped with a sink and shower. ✔️ A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and hair dryer are available to meet all your daily needs. ✔️ A separate toilet provides additional comfort and convenience. ✔️ High-speed internet is available for all your digital needs. ✔️ The building has a caretaker available to assist you if needed. Check-in Information Weekday arrivals: Check-in: between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. An agent will contact you to arrange your arrival and explain how to collect the keys. Early check-in: between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. — keys must be collected at our office. Weekend arrivals: Saturday or Sunday: between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. Keys will be available for pick-up at our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
