A fully equipped villa, within the area of Sani Beach, with the great infrastructure, excellent facilities will offer you an amasing stay! The luxurious 2 level villa with very large private garden has access to our large community pool! Enjoy your meal or drink in the relaxing garden and dive in two of the most renowned beaches of Chalkidiki, only within a few hundred meters from the villa. Free parking and Wi-Fi included! Our luxurious villa is built within a huge private garden. On the ground of the two floors, there is a comfortable living room with open plan kitchen and dinning area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom is located on the top floor. There is a large fully furnished shaded patio with a dinning table, which leads to our huge private garden. There is also a BBQ at your disposal which might be used freely according to the Civil Protection guidelines (we are within a forest area). You will also have access to our block's public pool, which is fairly large! All areas are independently air conditioned and professional cleaning is included twice a week and pets might be welcome upon advance arrangement. The villa is located only 1km off the infamous sandy beach of Sani, Chalkidiki. In Sani you will find anything you might need during your stay such as super-markets, bakery, banks, health centre, pharmacy, as well as shops with souvenirs and traditional products. Along the picturesque marina and long beach of the nearby village you will find many restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, bars and beach-bars. There is also a traditional tavern serving local dishes only within 500m to the villa. Overlooking Mount Olympus and the Aegean sea, the property has the advantage of being just 45 minutes from Thessaloniki Airport and 60 minutes from Thessaloniki, one of the most exciting cities in Greece. In addition, the visitor of the area of Sani is within a few hours both on the enchanting beaches of Sithonia and on Mount Athos. You have the chance to explore a wide variety of beaches that definitely satisfy every taste. You can swim in the blue waters of many nearby beaches, such as Sani (1km), Anemos (1km), Mpousoulas (2km), Andreas beach (2km), Simantro beach (3.5km), Kipsa beach (4 km), Chelona beach (8km), Nea Fokaia beach (10km), as well as a lot of smaller and more secluded spots that are waiting for you to discover. The nearby villages and the endless natural sights are an ideal choice for one-day trips, where you will have the chance to discover the hospitable culture of the area and do activities like bike rides and hiking. Take some time to organise a trip to Posidi (35km) with the intense touristic activity and vivid nightlife. Another famous settlement near Poseidi is Aegeopelagitika which is located in an area full of pine and olive trees, a very preferred area by those who seek tranquility and relaxation for their holidays. You can also make a road trip to Nea Potidea, an ancient site overlooking the clear blue waters of Thermaikos and Toroneos gulfs. Amazing choice while you're visiting Sani! One bottle of champagne and fruits in the room upon arrival! Pets until 7kg are welcomed in the villa!
