The appartment is on the 4th floor with a lift The appartment includes: • Living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. • Bedroom 1 : Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding • Bedroom 2 : Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) + 1 Bunk Bed (Double on ground floor, single on first floor) with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding • Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. • Dining Room: For 6 guests • Bathroom: bath/shower and toilets, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo. Note the flat can technically accomodate 8 guests but occupancy is limited to 6. Included: • Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay. • The apartment also includes laundry amenities: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
