The yard is large and is filled with bird-attracting native plants. There is a renovated kitchen and the living area with ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning is spacious and has good quality comfortable furnishings. The three bedrooms are spacious. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and there is a separate laundry and another toilet. The outside area is fenced and is quite large with a fixed outdoor table under some trees. A BBQ is provided. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has 1 single bed. * A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions * Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure      * Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure * Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa * Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769 * We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's * We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes * Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location * NO PETS * Payment is acceptance of our Terms and Conditions so please ensure you have read and understood them, and any cancellation refunds will have the credit card fee deducted
