Night Bird accommodates guests on a three level, 9-bedroom private retreat designed for connection, comfort, and celebration. Whether you're planning a multi-generational family vacation, a reunion with friends, or a special event, this home offers the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and resort-style amenities. The house is divided into two units, each with a private entrance, kitchen and sleeping arrangements. This estate provides a stunning backdrop for life’s most meaningful celebrations. FIRST LEVEL The first level welcomes you to a contemporary open layout that seamlessly connects a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning table that sits up to 16 guests. It features 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and AC throughout all spaces. SECOND LEVEL On the second floor, you'll first find a balcony and entrance, perfect for a morning coffee sip or outdoor work time. You'll walk in to a cozy living room with a large screen smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. THIRD LEVEL The rooftop terrace is well equipped with outdoor furniture and a dinning arrangement that can sit an entire group of 18 guests while enjoying breathtaking views of the town and ocean. Every moment here is designed to be shared with loved ones. LIVING AREA A spacious and inviting gathering area designed for connection and relaxation. Comfortable seating, Smart TV, A/C, and fast Wi-Fi make it perfect for movie nights, group conversations, or unwinding after a day exploring Arecibo. You'll also find family-friendly amenities such as board games and high-speed internet ensure that everyone stays entertained and connected. KITCHENS Two fully equipped kitchens, one on each floor of the home, for large-group cooking, both kitchens feature modern appliances; stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster/oven, microwave, blender, dinnerware, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils. Both kitchens offer counter space, and all the essentials needed to prepare shared meals. Ideal for families or private chefs creating memorable dining experiences. DINING AREAS The indoor grand dining area is set on the first floor of the home and sits up to 16 guests, creating the perfect setting for family dinners, celebrations, and shared moments. Designed to bring everyone together in comfort and style. The outdoor dining area is set on the third floor, at the rooftop terrace, and sits up to 18 guests. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Nine thoughtfully equipped suites, each with AC, window shades, and closet space. Each bedroom offers privacy and comfort for every guest, including 8 queen beds and a queen sofa bed, ensuring restful nights for up to 18 guests. Each of the two floors features a master suite with a private attached full bathroom. The master suite on the second floor and the 4th bedroom on the first floor each also feature a smart TV with streaming apps. RESTROOMS Four bathrooms that provide convenience and comfort for large groups, helping everyone prepare for the day or unwind in the evening with ease. We provide enough toiletries to kick off each stay, from shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, dish sponge, dish soap and we also provide bath towels and hand towel. We do NOT provide wash cloths due to hygiene purposes. If you use wash cloths, make sure to bring your own with you. LAUNDRY AREA In-unit laundry facilities included at no extra fee. Convenient for extended stays, allowing guests to refresh clothing and beachwear without leaving the property. POOL & HYDRO MASSAGE JACUZZI The massive private pool is the heart of outdoor living. Perfect for sunny afternoons, group fun, or peaceful morning swims in a secluded setting. Relax and recharge in the hydromassage jacuzzi, ideal for evening unwinding after beach days, celebrations, or exploring the island. The pool and jacuzzi are NOT heated. The jacuzzi is a hydro massage spa. Pool hours are from 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM. OUTDOOR TERRACE A shaded terrace with comfortable seating on the first floor offers a breezy space for morning coffee or casual gatherings. ROOFTOP TERRACE The crown jewel of the home. A rooftop terrace with city and ocean views, seating for up to 18 guests. Perfect for sunset dinners, celebrations, and unforgettable moments under the Caribbean sky. POWER GENERATOR & CISTERN No electricity or water service in the area? No problem! Night Bird features a back up generator that powers up the entire house and a huge cistern in case of any power or water outages. PARKING Free on-site parking provides convenience and peace of mind for guests traveling with multiple vehicles. The property is located in an urbanization, right on the to the main street and just 3 minutes away from the highway. During high traffic time you might expect noise. THE TOWN Arecibo is a city and municipality on the northern coast of Puerto Rico, on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, located north of Utuado and Ciales; east of Hatillo; and west of Barceloneta and Florida. It is about 50 miles west of San Juan, the capital city. This municipality is just over an hour from the SJU airport and is worth the trip. Arecibo's landscape and panoramic views are characterized by caves, sinkholes, and limestone hills called mogotes. Arecibo, the largest municipality, is divided into 19 sectors that cross the unique karst region in the north. The incredible diversity of Arecibo's terrain means that visitors can enjoy nearby beaches, caves, mountains, and more. The Río Grande de Arecibo and the Río Tanamá, two of the most important rivers in Puerto Rico, cross the municipality. Additionally, one of the island's main lakes, Lago Dos Bocas, borders the south side of the town. Some of the most popular beaches in the area include Hallows and La Poza del Obispo. The Cambalache Forest Park is home to more than 20 species of birds and more than a dozen caves. There is also the Río Abajo State Forest, a natural space that is home to one of the most famous caves in Arecibo, Los Chorros and Cueva del Indio. The town's rich Spanish heritage can be seen in the impressive monuments displayed throughout the municipality. The current town hall served as a prison in the 17th century, when it was mostly occupied by revolutionaries. The Punta Los Morrillos lighthouse was built by the Spanish government and is now a historical park. Casa Ulanga was originally the residence of a high-ranking Spaniard, but has since served as a bank, store, town hall, hospital and jail, and now functions as the Arecibo Cultural Center. In Arecibo, you will also find the Auto Cine Santana, Puerto Rico's only drive-in movie theater, established in 1957. FOOD SCENE Arecibo's food scene promises an enchanting culinary experience, with a focus on fresh seafood, refreshing drinks and the added bonus of stunning views that make your meal a true feast for the senses. The most famous restaurant in Arecibo is called Salitre Mesón Costero, a full-service restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It's known for serving fresh, locally caught seafood in dishes like paellas, lobster, stuffed mofongo, and more. This coastal town is also known for its ceti fish dishes. Restaurants like El Guayabo and Guisito Criollo serve empanadas and mofongo filled with this tiny transparent fish. If you prefer a delicious variety of meats, be sure to visit Bocata Smokehouse, where you can enjoy a varied selection of smoked meats while overlooking the beach. NO PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as a driver's license or a state ID card.
