The living area has comfy lounge chairs, TV, split system heating and cooling and a wide selection of books, games and music. A wood combustion heater is great for winter stays. Large windows and a door open onto to one of the many sitting spots surrounded by lush green gardens. Screened from the living room, is the master with double bed. A second bedroom with a single bed and a child’s bunk is located off the kitchen area. The bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity completes the main house. Guest Retreat: The private guest retreat is separate from the main house and linked to it by a generous deck and pergola. The combined living and bedroom area includes lounges, TV, and split system heating and cooling. With a separate bunkroom, a double bed and a sofa bed, it is a great space for a second couple or kids to enjoy. A newly renovated second bathroom includes shower, toilet, basin and laundry facilities. The surrounds of the property are enchanting, with ample outdoor areas, including an outdoor table on the deck, BBQ area, an outdoor fireplace and some lovely spots to sit and read, or relax in the sun. This unique property really is the perfect holiday getaway in one of the best locations in Port Elliot.
