You will find paradise here at our condo in the Las Palmas Resort! This beautiful home is located in a beautiful cliff-side community, you can enjoy views of the red cliffs and city lights. Paradise Palms is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with well stocked kitchen. Being on the 3rd floor you get to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets in the evening on the balcony! You'll have views of the Southern Utah red mountains, Pine Valley caps, and city lights at night.This unit also offers you easy elevator access. Las Palmas is located very close to the world famous bike trails like Bear Claw Poppy, Zen and Barrel Roll. Rock climbing at the GAP is also right there. The amenities with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball as well as right next to the Skate Park (Rinq) and nearby paved riding trails. Minutes away from shopping/theaters, sporting activities, restaurants and other tourist attractions such as Coyote Gulch art community, Tuacahn Amphitheater and Zion National Park, this property also has the convenience of a community pool and its amenities. You'll find local events and charming shops. Enjoy the many outdoor sports such as swimming, golfing, tennis/pickle ball, skiing, boating, mountain biking and hiking. Room Configurations: Master Suite - King bed with private en-suite (sleeps 1-2) Bedroom 2 - Full size bed (sleeps 1-2) Front Room - Sofa bed (sleeps 1-2) **This room is not private as it is open to the living room** Living Area: 2 comfy sofas and a flat screen TV with cable Parking: This condo has a garage you're welcome to park in front of. You'll have access to the garage for storing bikes etc. Additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community. A small trailer may be parked in a stall but must be un-hitched from the vehicle. Community Amenities Include: Indoor pool (heated year-round), diving pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool, waterfall pool, and pool with a shallow end 4 hot tubs (heated year-round) Exercise room Basketball Pickleball 3 playgrounds CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
