Enjoy this fresh style & comfortable furnishings....did we tell you the beds are AMAZING! (Everyone says we have extremely comfortable beds. They always ask where we bought them!) The open floor plan of this condo brings a welcoming and bright feeling to all those who come inside. The kitchen has great appliances and all the needed supplies allowing you to have everything you need to whip up your favorite family meals. Should you choose to spend some time outside there is an outdoor patio where you can dine outdoors together as a family or relax and play games as a family after a fun day in the sun! This spacious condo features 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 & 2 have KING beds and private bathrooms. Bedroom 3 is a perfect place for the kids as they will be together but all in their own beds. There are two bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twins on the top. All of the bedrooms private en suites connected to them as well as ample storage. This condo is a ground floor unit and has easy access from the patio to the swimming pool/hot tub. To sum up, It has everything you are looking for! *Just steps to the pool! *Close to the freeway & downtown St George *RV / Trailer Parking *ATV, Mountain Biking can be accessed from the condo. The GAP, one of the most famous trail riding area in the area, is just outside your door. Estancia is a wonderful family resort offering fantastic amenities for everyone of all ages. When you stay at Estancia, you will be able to enjoy the Estancia amenities. Resorts in this area have separate amenities and do not share. The pictures shown are the amenities at the Estancia Resort. Please be aware that there is construction going on for a new community being built across the street. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, you may experience occasional noise or dust from nearby construction. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues to develop and we're confident you'll still enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay in our beautiful home. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
