Under the open clear skies of Southern Utah, between Zion National Park and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon is the dark sky community of Apple Valley - Two Junipers is a well-appointed, modern home on the edge of civilization. This location is 20 minutes from downtown Hurricane UT and 45 min. to St George - and that's perfect for adventure. This is a quiet part of the Southwest on the Kaibab plateau with outdoor adventures on the agenda. Coral Pink Sand Dunes - 15 minutes. Toroweap Overlook (Grand Canyon), 30 min. Gooseberry Mesa for some of the best mountain biking in the area. Water Canyon - one of the best hikes outside of Zion National Park. At night the coyotes call sounds in the distance as you enjoy a rustic open fire pit with shooting stars streaking above you in the dark of night. All this, with the modern-day comforts of home in the brand new beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home. There is an outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord. Room Configurations: Primary Bedroom - King bed, private en suite bath and private TV. Guest Room - Queen-sized bed. Bunk Room - 2 bunk beds. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
