Welcome to Casa Agua Azul, completely rebuilt in 2017. This gorgeous, well-appointed 3 story home has 3 bedrooms, two on the second floor and a stunning third floor master suite. All bedrooms are equipped with king beds and private bathrooms. Each has a wide veranda looking out to the ocean with comfortable table or sitting areas. The woodwork is sumptuous. Made of rich, tropical wood in a deep brown. The wood is set off by all the lovely color accents in the home. Relax in the comfortable living room with the large flat screen TV, DVD and Sonos music system and free Wi-Fi. Lovely, private, walled garden and pool area. Fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats 6. *Please note: the house is NOT suitable for children under 7 because of the open, tile staircase and steps into the sunken living room. * Only a 1/2 block from the beach and 4 blocks to the town square, great location in a safe, peaceful neighborhood.
