Welcome to your spacious 5,000 sq ft retreat, spread across three floors, offering plenty of room for your family and friends to create lasting memories. The open-concept main floor is filled with natural light and features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a large island, a spacious living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, and a dining area centered around a cozy indoor gas fireplace. Sleeping Arrangements (7 Bedrooms, 10 Beds): * Bedroom 1: King Bed w/ private en-suite bathroom * Bedroom 2: King Bed w/ private en-suite bathroom * Bedroom 3: King Bed- main level with adjacent, shared full bathroom * Bedroom 4: King Bed - lower level with adjacent, shared half bathroom * Additional Beds: Four Queen Beds and Two Twin Beds Entertainment & Amenities: * Lower-level game room with a pool table and bar area. * Backyard with space for yard games, a campfire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area. Please note the backyard is not fully fenced. * Dedicated workspace for remote work needs. * In-unit washer and dryer. * Crib and Pack 'n Play available for families with young children. We own another 5 bedroom home just a short walk away if you're looking to host a larger group. We love to host bride/groom families, but do not allow parties at the homes.
