STRMTRStays under 30 days, priced by the night.
Description
With open sea views and generous indoor outdoor living, The Cove at Little O is a relaxed, sun filled home set just moments from the sand at Little Oneroa Beach. Comfortable and easy to live in, it suits families or friends wanting space to unwind while staying close to beaches, cafés, and the heart of the island. The Cove at Little O is designed for simple island living. The open plan kitchen, dining, and living area forms the centre of the home and opens through wide bi fold windows to fresh sea air and greenery outside. A built in window seat looks toward the water and creates a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. The deck sits directly off the living area and is arranged for long afternoons outdoors, with space to lounge, dine, and cook on the BBQ. It works naturally for sunset watching and relaxed meals after time at the beach. Inside, three comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, each filled with natural light. Two and a half bathrooms make the home practical for families or small groups. A separate rumpus room with a TV, books, puzzles, and games provides an easy retreat for children or downtime away from the main living space. Please note the property is not suitable for children under two years of age. Bed configuration Bedroom 1: king split bed Bedroom 2: queen bed Bedroom 3: queen bed Little Oneroa is one of Waiheke’s most loved bays, known for calm swimming, a family friendly beach, and a relaxed local feel. The Cove is within easy walking distance of the sand, the playground, the fish and chip shop, and the popular pizza caravan, making it simple to come and go throughout the day. Oneroa Village is close by for cafés, dining, boutiques, and galleries, while coastal walking tracks connect the surrounding bays. Several vineyards are also within easy reach, including Mudbrick and Cable Bay, along with The Heke Brewery and Distillery for casual meals and drinks. The location is central, walkable, and well suited to guests who want everything close without feeling busy. This is a self-catered holiday home, not a fully catered stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, and milk to help you settle in on arrival. Once these starter items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. For properties with a fireplace, stays between 1 June and 30 September include a starter supply of firewood. Additional firewood can be purchased from local petrol stations, Woolworths, Four Square, and PlaceMakers. Beach towels are provided at properties with an available pool or spa. Guests staying at properties without a pool or spa will need to bring their own beach towels. The property operates on rainwater tanks, so guests must be mindful of water use, particularly in summer. Minimum night requirements apply year-round (7 nights mid-December to mid-January, 3 nights on holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times). The property is unsuitable for children under two.
