Located on the 1st floor with an elevator in a beautiful Haussmannian building, you will enjoy a pleasant and warm setting. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in a residential area of Paris, close to many monuments and cultural sites. You will also find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Additionally, its location provides easy access to several schools, colleges, and businesses, as well as a variety of local stores. The apartment is very well served by public transport, making it an ideal starting point for exploring all corners of Paris: Montmartre and the Basilica of the Sacré-Cœur, the Champs-Élysées, the Louvre Museum, Île de la Cité and Notre-Dame de Paris, the Left Bank, and the Marais.
