Nestled along the prestigious Ocean Drive avenue within the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in Barbados, Howzat! is an executive residence boasting six bedrooms and six bathrooms, available for holiday rental. Offering uninterrupted vistas of the 13th fairway and the western coastline, this villa comes with Full Membership, providing guests with flexibility in booking tee times. The main level of the residence features two twin bedrooms with en suite facilities, a study, and two sitting areas, all of which lead out to the covered patio. Adjacent to the main sitting areas lies a generously sized fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line amenities such as an espresso machine, Miele coffee maker, double ovens, wine cooler, an eight-seater dining area, and a built-in wok, catering perfectly to culinary enthusiasts and entertainers alike. Upstairs, the Master Suite and the first guest en suite bedroom offer stunning views of the sea and the golf course. These bedrooms share an interconnecting walk-in closet and a shared patio, furnished with king beds and offering the option of ceiling fans or air conditioning. The main patio features a covered outdoor dining area ideal for gatherings of eight, along with an additional seating area perfect for quiet reading or afternoon tea. Adjacent to the main patio is the pool deck, boasting an infinity-edge pool and an outdoor shower. A fully self-contained detached guest cottage, located just off the pool deck, houses the remaining two twin en suite bedrooms, convertible into king beds. This cottage also features a kitchenette equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, and fridge, as well as a lounge furnished with a Plasma TV and DVD player. Guests staying at Ocean Drive 14 "Howzat!" enjoy access to various resort facilities, including a private gym, communal pool, Rum Shak, golf course, tennis courts, and the exclusive Mullins Beach Club (with daily shuttle service). A complimentary golf cart is also provided for added convenience. The vibrant town of Holetown and the nearest beach are just an 8-minute drive away, where guests can explore a shopping mall, supermarket, local arts and crafts markets for souvenirs, and an array of dining options. All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa. Please note that effective May 1st, 2020, Royal Westmoreland will be implementing their Daily Resort Fee for use of the resort amenities. The cost per guest card will be USD $ 10.00 per day. Children under the age of 16 will not require a guest card. This will be payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon arrival and houseguest are asked to carry their cards at all times so they can be produced upon request when using the facility. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
