This home offers a single story 1,590 square feet, five bedrooms and two bathrooms to easily accommodate up to twelve guests. Entering via the front door puts you into the open floor plan main living space that holds the living room, dining room and kitchen. Living Room: Step foot into the open living room where modern furnishings beckon you to unwind. Settle into the plush sectional as you indulge in your favorite shows on the Smart TV. This inviting space is complemented by a beautifully painted wall that showcases the talent of a local artist. Kitchen: The sleek and modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, offering a convenient and stylish space for culinary adventures. The kitchen also features an island with seating for 2, providing a cozy spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Dining area: A spacious wood dining table awaits, ready to accommodate up to 10 guests with utmost comfort. Access to the tranquil backyard oasis is conveniently located just off the dining area, allowing for seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom— King size bed and 65” Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom offers a vanity and a large tiled shower. Bedrooms 2 — King size bed, access to the shared full bathroom 2 with a tub/shower combo. Bedrooms 3 — Queen size bed, access to the shared full bathroom 2 with a tub/shower combo. Bedrooms 4/Bunk Room — Two twin over twin bunk beds, 55” Smart TV and access to the shared full bathroom 2 with a tub/shower combo. Bedrooms 5 — Twin size bed with twin trundle, desk space, access to the shared full bathroom 2 with a tub/shower combo. Outdoor spaces The backyard at Papago Adobe is truly a private oasis, offering a range of amenities for your enjoyment. Immerse yourself in the refreshing waters of the fenced private pool (heated for a fee) or unwind in the above-ground hot tub. Indulge your taste buds by grilling up your favorite dishes on the propane BBQ and savoring a meal at the patio table. For those seeking outdoor entertainment, the backyard features a ping pong table and a life-size chess set. As the sun sets over the desert landscape, gather with your loved ones by the pool, creating cherished memories in the enchanting evenings. Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day and minimum of 3 nights. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
