We are two blocks from the Marigny/Bywater buzz, and are a short Uber to the French quarter. We are located one block from St. Claude, in the St. Roch area, aka the New Bywater. Right across the street is a top rated local coffee shop. We are within close walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in New Orleans -- our favorite spot nearby is Bacchannal. Whether you’re a family, colleagues, or a group of friends, the Bywater has something for everyone. HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival.
