Shared laundry located in the basement. *Please note: The shared laundry is located in the home’s unfinished basement. As this is a late-19th-century home, the basement reflects the age and character of the property, with a sandstone foundation, some areas of dirt flooring, and occasional dampness. While guests are welcome to access the basement for laundry, it is an unfinished utility space rather than a finished living area *Thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort in a compact space, perfect for a short stay. * We provide a starter set of essentials to get you settled: Toilet paper Soap, shampoo, conditioner Towels & linens Dish soap, sponge, trash bags, coffee & tea For longer stays or extra needs, please replenish supplies as needed

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and consistent policy for all guests. - Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund - Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost - Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable For reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO, the cancellation policy associated with the listing at the time of booking will apply. If you’d like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure, we offer the option to add the night before or after your reservation at a 50% discount, as long as those nights are still available at the time of your request. Please reach out in advance so we can check availability and make arrangements! ⸻ Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets with an additional pet fee charged per pet, per reservation. For 30+ day stays, the pet fee is charged monthly, and a $200 refundable pet deposit is required prior to check-in. This deposit will be returned after checkout once the property has been inspected and no pet-related damage or excessive cleaning is required. . Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb neighbors. ⸻ Damage Protection Your stay includes damage coverage through Guesty Shield: • No security deposit required • A non-refundable damage protection fee is included in your reservation (may appear as a “management fee”) • For stays over 21 days, additional coverage applies every 21 days This protects both guests and hosts from accidental damage. It does not cover intentional damage, violations of house rules, or costs related to smoking, unauthorized guests, or pet policy violations.

Parking is not permitted on the opposite side of the street from the property. 1 vehicle permitted per reservation. *Please be aware of any signage indicating that an area is paid parking. *Guests are responsible for parking fees and other fees that result from unpaid parking fees or parking in unauthorized areas. Accessibility note: This unit is accessed by a set of fairly steep front steps, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.
