For Guests with Mobility Considerations We want guests to have a clear picture of the home's layout when deciding whether it will be a comfortable fit for their stay. Entering the Home: The main entrance is accessed by a full flight of stairs, so there is no step-free entry into the home. Main Floor: Once inside, the living room, dining area, kitchen, one full bathroom, and one bedroom are all located on the main floor. Second Floor: The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Two interior staircases provide access between the main and second floors. Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs to enter the home. Those staying in a second-floor bedroom will also need to use stairs during their stay. Guests who prefer to minimize stair use may find the main-floor bedroom and bathroom the most convenient option.

If you’d like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure, we offer the option to add the night before or after your reservation at a 50% discount, as long as those nights are still available at the time of your request. Please reach out in advance so we can check availability and make arrangements! ⸻ Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets with an additional pet fee charged per pet, per reservation. For stays of 30+ days, the pet fee is charged monthly, and a $200 refundable pet deposit is required prior to check-in. This deposit will be returned after checkout once the property has been inspected and no pet-related damage or excessive cleaning is required. . Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb neighbors. ⸻ Damage Protection Your stay includes damage coverage through Guesty Shield: • No security deposit required • A non-refundable damage protection fee is included in your reservation (may appear as a “management fee”) • For stays over 21 days, additional coverage applies every 21 days This protects both guests and hosts from accidental damage. Booking Age Must be at least 21 years old to book. Check In Requirements: Photo ID required upon check-in The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Security Pet friendly w/ $50 fee (+ fees & taxes) Please clean up after your pets, on both house and public property. Do not allow your pet outside without being on a leash or held by the owner. Please do not leave your pet unattended; including tying them to a leash outside. This applies to all common areas in the community. Do not allow your pet onto neighboring property and ensure your pet is not excessively noisy or confrontational with neighboring animals or people. All pets must be property licensed and vaccinated. Owners of pets will be held legally & financially responsible for any damage done by their pets to the property. If any stain age or extra housekeeping effort is required due to pets, we are at liberty to collect and charge the primary guest as necessary to compensate for damages. That includes tobacco, vaping, and marijuana—no smoking of any kind inside the unit. A $500 fine + cleaning fees will apply if smoking occurs, even if the smell is present without evidence of use. Some guests are highly sensitive to these odors, and we want to ensure their comfort too. 🎉 Parties & Visitors We love a good gathering—but parties, events, and unapproved visitors are not allowed. This policy protects the comfort and security of other guests in the building. Only registered guests are permitted unless you receive written approval from us in advance. Violations may result in a $1000 fine and, in some cases, immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. 🕙 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Our cleaners arrive shortly after 10 AM, so please be respectful of their time.
