This must be completed prior to receiving check-in instructions and entry codes. It’s part of our standard safety and verification process and helps us comply with local laws and insurance requirements—ensuring a smooth and secure experience for everyone. ⸻ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible, depending on our cleaning schedule and same-day reservations. If you’d like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure, we offer the option to add the night before or after your reservation at a 50% discount, as long as those nights are still available at the time of your request. Please reach out in advance so we can check availability and make arrangements! ⸻ Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets with an additional pet fee charged per pet, per reservation. For 30+ day stays, the pet fee is charged monthly, and a $200 refundable pet deposit is required prior to check-in. This deposit will be returned after checkout once the property has been inspected and no pet-related damage or excessive cleaning is required. . Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb neighbors. ⸻ Damage Protection Your stay includes damage coverage through Guesty Shield: • No security deposit required • A non-refundable damage protection fee is included in your reservation (may appear as a “management fee”) • For stays over 21 days, additional coverage applies every 21 days This protects both guests and hosts from accidental damage. It does not cover intentional damage, violations of house rules, or costs related to smoking, unauthorized guests, or pet policy violations.

Check In Requirements Photo ID required upon check-in Accessibility The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Security Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera(s) located at the front entrance facing out from the property. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. Pets Pet friendly w/ $50 fee (+ fees & taxes) Please clean up after your pets, on both house and public property. Do not allow your pet outside without being on a leash or held by the owner. Please do not leave your pet unattended; including tying them to a leash outside. This applies to all common areas in the community. Do not allow your pet onto neighboring property and ensure your pet is not excessively noisy or confrontational with neighboring animals or people. All pets must be property licensed and vaccinated. Owners of pets will be held legally & financially responsible for any damage done by their pets to the property. If any stain age or extra housekeeping effort is required due to pets, we are at liberty to collect and charge the primary guest as necessary to compensate for damages.
