Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and consistent policy for all guests. - Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund - Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost - Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable For reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO, the cancellation policy associated with the listing at the time of booking will apply. This must be completed prior to receiving check-in instructions and entry codes. It’s part of our standard safety and verification process and helps us comply with local laws and insurance requirements—ensuring a smooth and secure experience for everyone. ⸻ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible, depending on our cleaning schedule and same-day reservations. If you’d like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure, we offer the option to add the night before or after your reservation at a 50% discount, as long as those nights are still available at the time of your request. Please reach out in advance so we can check availability and make arrangements! ⸻ Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets with an additional pet fee charged per pet, per reservation. For 30+ day stays, the pet fee is charged monthly, and a $200 refundable pet deposit is required prior to check-in. This deposit will be returned after checkout once the property has been inspected and no pet-related damage or excessive cleaning is required. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb neighbors. ⸻ Damage Protection Your stay includes damage coverage through Guesty Shield: • No security deposit required • A non-refundable damage protection fee is included in your reservation (may appear as a “management fee”) • For stays over 21 days, additional coverage applies every 21 days This protects both guests and hosts from accidental damage. It does not cover intentional damage, violations of house rules, or costs related to smoking, unauthorized guests, or pet policy violations.

Welcome, and Thank You for Choosing to Stay With Us! We’re committed to providing you with a comfortable, safe, and stress-free stay. To ensure this experience for you and all guests, we have a few important guidelines and protections in place. Please take a moment to review the following. 🛡 Damage Protection (Included with Your Booking) To keep things easy and worry-free, we include damage protection insurance with all reservations instead of a traditional security deposit. This ensures accidental mishaps—like a spilled drink or a scratched surface—are covered without confrontation. We partner with Guesty’s Damage Protection Program, which automatically applies to all reservations under 21 days and renews every 21 days at $45 per period. This coverage gives both you and us peace of mind—no large deposits, just simple, automatic protection. 🐾 Pets Pets are welcome with advance approval! There is a $50 fee per pet, per stay (up to one month) and $50/month thereafter. Unauthorized pets: Please note that there is a $150 fine for any unregistered animals. We want to ensure the home is prepared for all guests—two-legged and four-legged! 🚭 Smoking This is a 100% smoke-free space. That includes tobacco, vaping, and marijuana—no smoking of any kind inside the unit. A $500 fine + cleaning fees will apply if smoking occurs, even if the smell is present without evidence of use. Some guests are highly sensitive to these odors, and we want to ensure their comfort too. 🎉 Parties & Visitors We love a good gathering—but parties, events, and unapproved visitors are not allowed. This policy protects the comfort and security of other guests in the building. Only registered guests are permitted unless you receive written approval from us in advance. Violations may result in a $1000 fine and, in some cases, immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. 🕙 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Our cleaners arrive shortly after 10 AM, so please be respectful of their time. Late checkouts may incur a $50/hour fee to cover their waiting time. 🧹 Housekeeping & Cleanliness We ask that guests treat the space with care and leave it as you found it. Checkout instructions will be sent the night before your departure. Excessive messes may result in a $200 cleaning fee—our cleaners work hard and take pride in making the space five-star ready for each stay! 🔇 Quiet Hours Weekdays: 10 PM – 7 AM Weekends: 11 PM – 9 AM We kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours out of respect for others in the building. Because life can be unpredictable, we recommend trip insurance for added peace of mind. While cancellations cannot be altered after the policy window closes, extensions are always welcome if available.
