The living room boasts recliner leather seating, where you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in Park City. Snuggle up with blankets and a cup of hot cocoa while watching your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. The living room also features a couple of unique stone bar seating that overlooks the stunning Park City historic district, alongside spectacular forest and mountain views. Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed. The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage. Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays. Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that there might be some noise from outside considering the condominium is situated near Main St.
