Building Works Notice - Late July to Early September 2026 Please note: The building will undergo scheduled façade restoration and maintenance works during the following periods: Phase 1 (Minimal Disruption): July 28 – August 7, 2026 Rope access works on building exterior Low noise levels expected Technicians may be visible outside windows Phase 2 (More Active): August 27 – September 9, 2026 Façade remedial works including scaffolding, brickwork, and repainting Increased activity and some noise expected, particularly during August 27-28 (scaffold setup) and September 8-9 (removal) We apologise for any inconvenience. These essential maintenance works ensure the building's structural integrity. If you have concerns about your booking dates, please contact us to discuss options. THIS IS STRICTLY A NO SMOKING APARTMENT. PLEASE SMOKE ONLY OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY ENSURING CLOSED SIDING DOORS & WINDOWS. YOU WILL BE FINED FOR SMOKING INSIDE. Tap operated payment system Laundromat available in building. Dishwasher available inside unit. Should you require the servicing of the unit, additional charges apply. See our price list in the manual in the home. We will need 24/48 hours to arrange that. Early check in before 3pm or late check out till 12pm can be arranged at an extra charge of R500 and are only permitted if possible. Electricity will be charged as an extra for longer stays over 28days. Kindly use the pool area with respect to other guests. No standing on the edge of the pool walls. Kindly adhere to all the rules for the safety of all concerned. Children must be supervised and may not left unattended at the pool area. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry.
