Ozark Escape at the Pointe is your grand welcome to the epic nature of the Ozarks and the famed entertainment of Branson. This home is located within Pointe Royale, a closed community with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, 18-hole golf course, and lakeside trout fishing. This home, with its cozy furnishings and nature-inspired design, is the perfect space to unwind between ventures out to Table Rock Lake, nearby hiking trails, downtown Branson’s entertainment district, and more. This unit is a standout as the homey interior opens right onto a gorgeous back patio with one of the resort’s 3 pools just beyond. Access to a swim or a lounge by the pool couldn’t be easier, with the shade of your patio steps away. This outdoor space is furnished with seating and dining table where you can enjoy snacks between swims, or share a meal al fresco. Inside the home, cozy furnishings and thoughtfully designed living spaces create an atmosphere of relaxation and gathering. In between Branson excursions and enjoying all the resort offerings, spend leisure time in the living area with large screen smart tv. Meals at home can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which includes a coffee machine and blender for your convenience. The dining table seats 6 and is perfect for shared meals, visiting over drinks, or a night in playing cards or games. This home sleeps up to 7 guests between 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a full size bed, twin size trundle bed, and smart tv. Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: - This is a walk-down unit 18 steps no elevator. - 2 unassigned parking spaces provided. (First come, first serve) - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area. - The home has an additional shared bathroom with shower/tub combo. - Washer and dryer in unit. - The outdoor community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool and other amenities are open year-round. - Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason. This enviable location also puts you within 8 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
