The inviting living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable couch and three cozy chairs, and a smart TV ready for movie nights after a day outside. A sliding glass door fills the space with natural light and leads to a private deck where mountain views steal the show—fire up the grill, settle into the seating, and breathe in the crisp alpine air. The kitchen continues the warm, welcoming feel with soft light-green cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a thoughtfully designed coffee station with a Keurig to start your mornings right. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 4 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #2 includes twin-over-full bunk beds. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, an electric fireplace and balcony. Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV. This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms. THINGS TO NOTE: - Washer and dryer in home. - Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. This home has a very steep driveway. 4WD are necessary during winter months. - This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front of the house and actively monitoring the driveway and the bottom deck areas. - The living room fireplace is inoperable. However, there are two electric fireplaces in the upstairs bedrooms for use. -Outdoor BBQ and Patio furniture are put away during the winter months - Pets are not allowed - This home does not have A/C. There are fans throughout the home. - Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property. - Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. - Quiet Hours 9PM - 8AM Carnelian Bay is a paradise for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike.
