This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 4 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #2 includes twin-over-full bunk beds. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, an electric fireplace and balcony. Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV. This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms. THINGS TO NOTE: - Washer and dryer in home. - Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. This home has a very steep driveway. 4WD are necessary during winter months. - This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front of the house and actively monitoring the driveway and the bottom deck areas. - The living room fireplace is inoperable. However, there are two electric fireplaces in the upstairs bedrooms for use.  -Outdoor BBQ and Patio furniture are put away during the winter months  - Pets are not allowed - This home does not have A/C. There are fans throughout the home.  - Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property. - Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. - Quiet Hours 9PM - 8AM Carnelian Bay is a paradise for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike.
