Brand new Smart TV just added so you can stream your own movies etc. Perfectly situated within Founders Point, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex only 2 min walk to the Gondola, this property offers an amenity rich base experience. There is nothing better after a long day on the slope /trails than relaxing on the roof deck which features a pool-sized hot tub, gas grills, and outdoor fireplace. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage HOT TUB HOURS for Ski season 2025/2026 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Parking fee outside ski-season is free Parking fee during ski-season $24/ per vehicle per day). For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo.
