The 3/4 bath has a generously sized shower and a stackable washer and dryer. Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form. Sorry, no pets are allowed here. The courtyard is shared with the main house. Parking is available on either side of the street and in the driveway on the west side of the house, easily accommodating larger groups. Step outside to the patio, where a gas grill beckons for al fresco dining. Inside, amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator await in the kitchen, complemented by a convenient coffee station and a variety of small appliances.
