Note: Gratuity for the staff is not included. It is always appreciated and recommended based on the level of service received. Lagos del Mar is an exclusive community within Punta Mita, known for its elevated location and stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, golf courses, and the distant Marietas Islands. Offering both privacy and convenience, it provides easy access to beach clubs, dining, and amenities while maintaining a peaceful, refined atmosphere. Please note the method of payment available is via wire transfer. A $3,500 USD refundable security deposit is required. Additionally a $3,000 USD pre-arrival shopping funds will be required (additional funds to be paid to the house account as needed). Cancellation Policy: For cancellations 60 days or less preceding the arrival date there will be no refund, unless owner is able to rent the subject period for the dates that are cancelled. In the case of a new rental, a 20 % charge over the total rental sum will be charged as a penalty and therefore is non-refundable. All cancellations will be subject to a penalty charge of 20 % of the total rental sum. For cancellations during the holiday seasons a non refund policy is in place. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
