Union County STR License #033730 The main level welcomes you with a dramatic vaulted living room featuring warm wood ceilings, expansive windows, a cozy fireplace and a large television. Glass doors connect the interior to an open deck, creating an effortless flow between the home and its peaceful woodland surroundings. The bright, fully equipped kitchen features contemporary cabinetry, generous counter space and island seating. An adjacent dinette offers a comfortable setting for morning coffee, casual meals or an evening shared around the table. A convenient powder room completes the main floor. Upstairs, the private king bedroom rests beneath a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling and includes its own full bathroom with a spacious tiled walk-in shower. Large architectural windows bring in natural light and treetop views, giving the room the feeling of a secluded mountain hideaway. The lower level provides an additional queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. A separate family room with a queen sleeper sofa gives guests another comfortable place to watch television, relax or step outside onto the covered lower-level deck. The adjoining wet bar makes this level especially convenient for couples, friends or family members sharing the home. A private laundry area is also available. Guests also receive access to The Nest at Brannon Ridge’s community amenities, including the swimming pool, pickleball court, walking trails, community firepit and labyrinth. Conveniently situated near the charming mountain towns of Blairsville, Young Harris, Hiawassee, Murphy, and Hayesville. Enjoy easy access to Crane Creek Vineyards, John C. Campbell Folk School, Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, and Young Harris College. Owner is responsible for any damage. • No smoking inside or on the deck. $200 fine + cleaning fees. • Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. $200 fine for disturbances. Noise monitoring in use—tampering prohibited. • No parties or gatherings. $500 fine + immediate eviction. • Must be 21+ to book. Valid ID required. • Use of the home and amenities is at your own risk. We’re not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft. • Pool & hot tub are open daily from 9 AM – 10 PM (weather dependent). Pool is not heated. Hot tub is tablet-controlled inside the pool house.
