Family apartment with private balcony, just a 10-minute drive from Fira Barcelona Gran Vía. This accommodation features three bedrooms with comfortable queen-sized beds and open clothing storage. For extra space, there’s also an available sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom comes with a shower and hair dryer. Free toiletries and towels are provided for our guests. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to prepare a quick meal or a delicious breakfast during your stay. Additionally, there’s a private balcony for your personal use inside the apartment. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are at an extra cost. *Please bear in mind that the photos displayed serve as a visual reference and the layout, design and furniture of your accommodation may vary. Just outside the city line of Barcelona, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat ensures easy access to Gaudí’s city's most iconic attractions. Key attractions include the renowned Gran Via 2 shopping center, as well as various cultural venues and local restaurants showcasing local cuisine. L'Hospitalet de Llobregat is well-connected to Barcelona through public transportation. A 20-minute metro ride away, you can reach one of the largest exhibition centres, Fira Internacional de Barcelona. Camp Nou, home to FC Barcelona, is just a 6-minute metro ride away. El Prat Airport is a 20-minute car ride. *Please kindly note: - This building has an elevator. - City tax is 1,75€ per person/night for stays up to 7 consecutive nights and is applicable for guests aged 16 years and above. Payable upon check-in. - The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival.
