About the Home

The White Brick Retreat, Bendigo is a modern home designed for relaxed family and group stays. It sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite, while the other two bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom with bath and shower. A separate toilet provides added ease for shared stays. The central living area brings together the kitchen, dining and lounge in one open, light-filled space designed for easy shared living. Settle in with comfortable seating, enjoy the Smart TV for evenings at home, and stay comfortable year-round with split-system heating and cooling, along with ceiling fans throughout the property. The kitchen has been newly finished and is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with quality appliances, generous bench space, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A coffee pod machine is also provided, perfect for a morning coffee before heading out to explore Bendigo. Sliding doors open directly onto the undercover deck with outdoor seating, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow and an ideal spot for relaxed dining or a quiet moment in the fresh air. For added convenience, the home also includes a full laundry with washer, dryer, sink and bench space, making longer stays simple and comfortable.

Check-in time

Check-in is at 3pm unless otherwise agreed. We will do our best to accommodate any requests however this is not always possible and is not guaranteed.

Checkout time

Checkout is strictly at 10am unless otherwise agreed.

We endeavour to keep our cleaning fees as low as possible for our guests and kindly request that, prior to checking out you

- Wash, dry and put away all dishes used during your stay. - Turn off the TV, lights and any air-conditioning/heating used. - Dispose of any rubbish into the bins provided. - Clean the BBQ if used during your stay. - Do NOT wash any linen prior to leaving the property. - Return the keys to the lockbox provided.

Booking requirements

Please book for the number of guests staying at the property. If more guests are found to be in the property, the booking may be cancelled.

The additional fees are below for reference

Staying past 10am check out time: $55 p/h, per cleaner. Dirty BBQ (food scraps, unable to be used by next guest): $50. Evidence of parties/pets/smoking: $150 fee. Additional guests: $50 per night/ per guest, plus the right to cancel the booking. Lost keys: 100% of the replacement cost plus $50 administration fee.
