Nestled on the ground floor, it offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The neighbourhood, a true Parisian gem, combines elegance and charm, close to iconic sites such as Les Invalides, Montparnasse, the Jardin du Luxembourg, the Odéon, the Panthéon and the Quais de Seine. Thanks to its exceptional location, you can explore Paris on foot or by public transport — the metro stations are only 5 minutes away from the studio. Major tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées, Montmartre, the Sacré-Cœur and Le Marais are within easy reach. This cosy, functional and welcoming retreat can accommodate up to 2 people and includes: ✔️A fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, extractor hood, induction hob, toaster, kettle... ✔️A living room with sleeping area: queen-size bed, dining table and smart TV. ✔️A modern bathroom: shower, toilet and sink. ✔️Clever storage: lots of practical solutions for organising and storing your personal belongings. ✔️Connectivity: high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi) and television to stay connected throughout your stay. ✔️Linen provided: quality sheets and towels are provided. Required supporting documents: - 1 form of ID - 1 document proving the reason for your stay (business or school) - 1 contract will be sent to you by email, and an inventory will be taken upon your arrival and departure. FOR CHECK-IN Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss how to collect your keys. Early check-in: between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m., you will need to come and collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND ARRIVALS Saturday or Sunday: between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. The keys can be collected from our offices located near the Arc de Triomphe. We will ensure that your arrival goes smoothly, and we are available to answer any questions you may have.
