Close and easy access to the Interstate- 80 freeway and just blocks away from a Rayleigh to grocery store/super fast internet 400 Mbps * Please note that this place has no garage Please note that since we don’t charge extra for additional guests we only provide bedding and towels the same amount of the beds, and also always double check the amount of beds as some guests mistake the amount beds with the sofa beds however sofa beds won’t come with beddings 📌 Reservation Changes, Early Check-Outs, and Moving Dates Please note that shortening your reservation, checking out early, or requesting to move your stay to different dates is treated the same as a cancellation. Once your reservation begins, the dates are blocked exclusively for your group, and we are unable to guarantee rebooking the unused nights on short notice — even during high season. We operate under a rental arbitrage model and carry fixed costs including rent and daily operational expenses for each property. Because of this, we cannot afford to leave the home vacant, and therefore cannot offer refunds or date changes after the reservation has started. We appreciate your understanding. Please note that Reno area is a ski destination and skiing comes with snow and road closures, we wait the entire year for the snow and skiers so that we can balance our income and run our rental arbitrage business, visitors needs to be prepared for harsh weather conditions and they should always check the weather forecast and plan ahead, be prepared start your travel early in the morning if you can to make sure you will get to Reno before the Sun Set when the weather starts being harsh, be prepared to have AWD/4WD vehicles with tire chains and longer travel times (sometimes over 8 hours) or rerouting to get here sometime from a longer route. So please be prepared because we can’t provide refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures.
