The full kitchen features KitchenAid Platinum Appliances, Bosch Gas Cooktop, and a Zephyr Dual Zone Wine Fridge. The designer bathrooms have top-of-the-line fixtures, floor to ceiling tiles and radiant in floor heating. The huge deck offers expansive views over the golf course and granite cliffs, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Other custom features are solid wood barn doors, desk/chair in the loft, electric blinds, washer/dryer. There is even a floor-to-Ceiling Wine Rack built for the wine connoisseur and a mirrored glass bar area, adding a touch of elegance to your entertaining space. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events. GOOD TO KNOW: This property has Air Conditioning! Central AC plus a mini-split system in upstairs bedroom Washer / Dryer in this condo. Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets. No smoking / vaping of any kind is allowed Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first. AWD or 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities. VRC CANCELLATION POLICY: At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, Vacation Rental Collective offers a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
