Once your reservation begins, the dates are blocked exclusively for your group, and we are unable to guarantee rebooking the unused nights on short notice — even during high season. We operate under a rental arbitrage model and carry fixed costs including rent and daily operational expenses for each property. Because of this, we cannot afford to leave the home vacant, and therefore cannot offer refunds or date changes after the reservation has started. We appreciate your understanding.
