Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and patio access. Bedroom #3 includes a set of queen-over-king size bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the living room. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available. • This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, a Ring camera near the front door actively monitoring the front main entrance area.
