Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that benefits both parties. - Damage Deposit: A damage deposit may be required for certain bookings. It will be fully reimbursed upon check-out, subject to a property inspection. - ID request: A photo ID matching the main guest name and picture must be provided before arrival for security purposes. As the apartment is self-check-in, we have to ensure that the booking is legit and avoid fraud. Any photo ID is acceptable. - Kindly remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to address them promptly, but note that no one lives on-site 24/7. Parties are strictly prohibited. If you host a party, you will be asked to leave immediately and reported to the platform. The entire building is a Smoke-free area. A cleaning fee of £300 will be charged if smoking is detected.
