Not to mention the balcony with outdoor furniture, this apartment is the perfect choice for families on vacation, couples, business travelers, or a weekend getaway in the north of Portugal. Because Liiiving is easy!** Located in Beco Passos Manuel, you will have all the services around you: bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and the most sought-after tourist attractions of Porto. Public transport is easily accessible, with the impressive São Bento Train and Metro Station just 350 meters from the apartment, and the Trindade Metro Station, with a direct connection to the Sá Carneiro Airport, only a 10-minute walk away. Porto is a city full of charm. We suggest strolling along Santa Catarina Street, Praça dos Poveiros, Avenida dos Aliados, Galerias de Paris, Praça da Cordoaria, Rua das Flores, and Ribeira. Crossing the D. Luís I Bridge and watching the sunset from Jardim do Morro with a panoramic view of the Douro River and the most beautiful city in Portugal will be a magical experience that will leave you breathless, fully embracing all that the Invicta city has to offer. Bus number 500 is a great option to explore the city's riverside. It starts at São Bento Station, following the path through Ribeira, along the Douro River waterfront, Foz, the beaches of Matosinhos, and ends at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find a variety of fish dishes and typical products from northern Portugal. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A late check-out without prior authorization will incur a fee of 200€ per hour. If you lose your key, a fee will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price upon consultation. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow access for an inspection of the property. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon consultation). You may also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation). Important note: there is ongoing construction near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect your stay.
