For added comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Discover the charm of our apartment on Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira, a historic street that pays homage to José Xavier Mouzinho da Silveira. A short walk away, you'll find the vibrant Rua das Flores (400 meters), which will take you to Ribeira, one of Porto's oldest neighborhoods, with stunning views of the Douro River and the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge. Explore Cais de Gaia, a short walk across the bridge, to sample the famous Port wine at Casa Ferreirinha or immerse yourself in the world of wine at WOW - World of Wine. Within walking distance, discover the Ferreira Borges Market, the Palácio da Bolsa, Avenida dos Aliados, the Clérigos Tower, the Galerias de Paris, and Rua de Santa Catarina, full of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The São Bento train and metro station, 400 meters away, offers easy access to the entire city, and several bus lines are available nearby. For a unique experience, take bus 500, which runs along the Douro River waterfront to the beaches and Matosinhos Market, where you can savor regional products and fresh fish. On the street itself, enjoy craft shops, jewelry stores, cafes, and restaurants. The Cardosas paid parking lot is just 270 meters away. Welcome to the heart of Porto! Important note: there are construction works taking place near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency, ensuring that the expectations of our guests are properly addressed. Our mission is to make sure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A fee of €200 per hour will be charged for unauthorized late check-outs. If you lose the key, there will be a charge (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the lock (requiring technical intervention) – cost upon request. For reservations of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses, amounting to €150. If these expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host’s representative to enter the property, if requested, for an inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered every morning to your apartment upon request (price upon request).
