Home Details 3 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms | Sleeps 10 Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 2 Double Beds Futon Pet-Friendly Maximum of 2 pets $25 per pet per day (+ tax). Pets must be kenneled when unattended and leashed outdoors Pet fee collected after booking confirmation - Policies- No smoking inside home MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK Photo ID is required at time of check in, please provide current payment method (credit/debit card with your name in it). If the payment method is under someone else's name, that person must be present at time of check in, with valid ID. LINENS: Bring linens and towels. TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels. CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river.
