Please note that as with all residential properties in Broward County, there is a noise ordinance in effect all hours of the day with strict quiet hours begin at 10pm. There is no exception to this rule. 🗑️ Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines, including taking the trash out to the bins. We do have valet trash service that will take the bins out for guests. 📣 Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforce,d and parties are NOT permitted 🛋️ Furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner. ⛔️ There are SECURITY CAMERAS on the exterior patio area; these can not be turned off during guests' stay and are there to comply with the city for complaint issues. ✅ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each. 🅿️ PARKING: There is a maximum of 4 cars that are allowed to be parked inside the driveway. If you are looking for a great location minute to all the local attractions this is it. Pompano Beach is a quaint oceanside town central to the best South Florida has to offer. Head north to Boca Raton and Palm Beach or South to world Famous South Beach where you can find everything you are looking for.
